After listening to each candidate with an objective and open mind, I have decided to vote for Kamala Harris. She was poised, articulate, and presidential. She gave specific examples of policies that she would implement to benefit the lives of Americans such as a tax credit for parents of newborns, $25,000 to assist new home buyers, and making prescription drugs affordable. She also talked about being a President for all Americans, and she presented a vision for a brighter future.

Trump was given 5 more minutes of speaking time but said nothing of substance. He dodged questions, he rambled about immigrants eating people’s pets (?), and when asked for what his plan would be to improve healthcare, he only said he has “a concept of a plan” but gave no details. He mostly talked about how awful things are, but he never explained how he would make things better. He offered no vision for the future, not even in his closing. He mainly just ranted.

Trump very clearly won, though all the Dems will go around saying Kamala won in their alternate reality.

This is a battle between reality and what some people desperately want to believe. Of course, the under-30 demographic on these boards favors the latter. Good thing they never vote.

Fox News literally posted an article saying Kamala won. So maybe take that info into consideration.

Trump actually had a few decent points, but quickly switched to illegal immigrants for nearly every question. That turned to rapists, murderers and terrorists. That turned into eating cats and dogs. That turned into taking over Springfield, a disaster for the Simpsons, a beautiful American family. Then she clearly cut him down on the immigration bill.

It wasn't a knock out punch, but Harris walks away from the debate looking young, confident, and cool headed. Trump looked like an angry old man exaggerating everything as either the best or worst thing in American history.

It is unlikely that Trump will agree to another debate.
