A 2.11:53 women's road marathon scores the same as (bold indicates better than current WR):

200m 21.24
400m 47.25
400mH 50.47
800m 1:51.53
1500m 3:46.25
3000m 7:59.23
3000sc 8:31.51
5000m 13:42.33
10000m 28:44.30
I don't know what mystery math the point system uses but the VDOT formula is well documented.
It's exactly a VDOT 77, on a woman that is beyond stunning, it is obviously world record.
5:02 min/mile pace for 132 minutes
On the VDOT tables it is equal to a 1:02:56 half at 4:48 pace
10km of 28:36 at 4:36 pace (!!!)
5km of 13:44 at 4:25 pace (!!!)
I don't think the 10km/5km is possible because that's not what the shoes do, they are moving her lactate threshold, she basically ran half-marathon pace for twice the distance.
These are not sane numbers but we've never seen a 4.8 ounce one-time-use shoe with carbon rods either.
We'll obviously need to see what happens to other performances with those shoes first.
This is a "black swan" event.
