No one cares what a bunch of sockpuppets root for or against.
Anyway a podcaster should be able to talk about the prospects of a team without targeting and singling out one runner and putting the entire outcome on them. It was hyperbolic. The team defended their teammate and no one but a couple of people on here care.
The take is correct, just inconvenient. Gordon Mack has one of the top ranking algos ever created. I listened to this live and watch the podcast regularly; these guys consider feedback week over week and have refined their predictions a lot while still creating fun heuristics and hot takes that are mostly in the realm of 6/10 when it comes to the balance between overly PC and just nuts. His "Alex Maier equivalency" stat is also accurate, I don't see anyone complaining about that. Gordon drops bizarre hyperbolic takes once in a while, especially when Kevin isn't present, but this was fine. Cracks are showing.
Sounds like the [NC State] girls are very worried about a few weak team members.
With all their hype and the disrespect they keep showing to their competitors on this message board, I will be so very happy when they get beaten by Valby, Oklahoma State, New Mexico and many others in between them.
Valby will make a lot of money off of her name and looks while the 5th player on a good college basketball team is not making anything. So you are incorrect in your anology to the NC State 5th runner. She is the same as a 5th many in basketball.
Kevin Sully will make more from his professionalism and while Gordon Mack gets hated on internet for his gibberish.
Remember when Gordon Mack, approaching 30, wrote an article talking about two teenagers having a baby?
"Alexa Efraimson-Maton and Matthew Maton’s daughter Sally wins the 1500m in a new American record (3:55.23) at the USATF Outdoor Championships held in Eugene, Oregon for the 30th straight year."
You are free to do so, you were already rooting agaisnt them in the first place lol
7 consecutive posts by you, please touch some grass. 2,200 posts in total and literally every single one is about Tuohy and NC State. The only creeps here are the 30 year old men who have made their entire personalities around a 20 year old female runner

This was written in 2015, when Alexa had *just* graduated from high school. We are already so invasive when it comes to high school kids, but...getting involved in their HIGH SCHOOL relationships??????
