It's more black (26.7% v. 13.6%). That may point to a bit more democratic lean, but is far from an overwhelming amount and you'd need to know far more than just the racial breakdown than to determine this with any certainty.
That said, these stats ignore that the vast majority of rapes are committed by males (96.6%) not females (3.4%).
As the GOP vote tends much more male (53-47 Trump in 2020) than female (57-42 Biden), this would indicate that the "rape community" has a GOP lean. Again, it's very dumb to try draw political conclusions from these data sets, but even doing so, they definitely do not indicate that the "rapist community is very left leaning according to FBI statistics."
