Ending your day at a bicycle shop and Starbucks does not give anyone a chance to ride with you since they don't know where meet you. Chances are the celebrated Mr. K will not use his GPS until he is out of town.

There is no hard proof that Darren is cycling across America.
There is no hard proof that you are British.
There is plenty of circumstantial evidence that Darren isn't cycling across America and that you aren't British.
Until you can provide hard proof to the contrary, the circumstantial evidence is what I will use to make up my mind....

Because you constantly harp on about wanting to find the truth about this trip.
But you aren't interested in the truth, you keep repeating yourself asking for proof he cheated. We then show it you and you ignore it.
You fail to understand that on trips like this, it is DARREN who should be showing us proof.
As this isn't about anything legal, then we do not have to prove beyond all reasonable doubt that he is cheating - just using civil law as a guideline, which is "balance of probability"
Therefore if all the evidence gained was put before a civil court he would be found guilty.
It's not "guessing". The evidence is all there, as you well know.
