We don't need a million thread on this topic. We like one thread per topic. We merged several others into this thread including one called "Alex Pretti was a deranged lunatic." and one called "New York Times reports that Pretti attacked ICE cars 11 days before his death" and one called "LeBron James: Why hasn't he commented on the Alex Pretti killing?"
Chris Murphy on Fox News Sunday: "I mean -- c'mon. We're still pretending that ICE is going after dangerous people? They aren't. What is happening in Minnesota right now is a dystopia. ICE is teargassing elementary schools, it is disappearing legal residents into cars, it is murdering American citizens."
This is all wrong. If you read the links I’ve posted highlighting the 2300 unconstitutional detainments since July it’ll lay it out.
The law is a little more rigorous than “just say things”
The courts have consistently upheld the validity of administrative warrants.
"2300 unconstitutional detainments" sounds like a political hack just saying things.
Administrative warrants are the executive branch rubber stamping itself. They are unconstitutional and only one of the many constitutional violations our president has ordered.
You can’t say a single bad thing about Trump, that’s how it’s clear you’re the political hack.
But it’s ok, trumps polls are crashing. There was just a 34pt swing in a Texas election.
I don’t need to convince you. America already agrees with me
is harambe two different people, or schizophrenic?
yesterday he published maxwell exonerating trump and some sort of anti trump gotcha that i still havent worked out and now, he doubles down on his 2300 claim by posting an article which goes into us citizens being detained in some detail and yet only provides 2 incorrect cases out of 400 000 presumably correct cases. a staggeringly low rate.
further, the article explains that these us citizens were not arrested by ICE, they were already in jail, and ice merely asked for them to be detained, presumably whilst working the case, as is their right.
and then there is this quote from the article; In no recent cases was an American placed in deportation.
so harambe doesnt answer our questions and just shouts epstein files, which seem to be full of democrats, but he does argue with himself, quite effectively it appears.
so i can continue my policy of not responding to him since he will in all probability contradict himself at some point.
1) you keep defending the guy who was best friends with the Teen Raper for 30 years. This is getting a bit weird.
2) “no Americans were deported!!!” Is not exactly the bar we should hold our Feds to. Constitutional violations, especially by masked agents.
There are clear procedures ICE needs to follow to not violate someone’s rights when detaining and deporting them. You can’t just go “they’re illegal!!” and then you can do whatever you want.
Unfortunately ICE has done this 2000+ times in 7 months. A horrible infringement of the 4th amendment and 5th amendment.
You just say “but Obama” despite Obama deporting just as many people with far, less issues. You’re proving my point.
You guys aren’t libertarians if you can’t say infringing the constitution is bad. (And the constitution doesn’t say “you have a right not to be deported but can be detained however the government wants”)
The most abhorrent thing yet in the Epstein file dump is a picture of Epstein, Clinton, and infant Zohran Mamdani. We all know those two monsters liked em young, but you need to draw a line somewhere. No wonder Mamdani grew up to be so BSC.
Yep. He tries to work on his pilpul as others stated but he just isn’t very good, especially when he hasn’t had every post that are counter to his posts removed.
Then there’s this development, ignored by the “traditional” (bolshevik) media:

Look it up. It’s what Harambe and his ilk use to try and get off topic while trying to pretend to be on topic. That’s why they also ignore so many things, just pretend things they don’t agree or like were never said. Like the following;
🚨 BREAKING: Democrats are livid after latest Epstein Files dump finds that Jeffrey Epstein ADMITTED Donald Trump "never got a massage" — in an email to Michael Wolff

A government that can kick in your door without a judge isn’t “tough on crime.” It’s testing how much of the Fourth Amendment you’ll surrender out of fear. They’ll hide behind paperwork and call it “administrative.” But a home search without a judicial warrant is the line Americans were taught never to cross. This won’t stay “about immigrants.” Once the power exists, it spreads—because power always does.
He has the looks and mannerisms of someone who would likely be incredibly petty, disingenuous, and deceitful. And OCD enough to post at all hours to the detriment of other activities. Need some actual proof though.

On the flip side, a search warrant is for when you have a reasonable suspicion that someone is guilty of a crime. With an administrative warrant you are simply trying to detain someone who has already been proven guilty of a crime beyond a reasonable doubt and is known to be in the country illegally. Since their is no doubt as to the guilt of the person, a judge shouldn’t have to be involved.
