I didn't see the posts, but the backlog of the thread is untouched. It was probably just some of the typical depraved LRC stuff. Either that or the mods had never looked at this thread before that page.

I suppose deleting a few posts out of an entire thread wouldn't accomplish much anyways

There's way worse stuff earlier on in the thread than what was deleted. Guessing it took until now for people to start reporting individual comments.

I thought that was some kind of hyperbole. I wish he would’ve played “something in the way” by nirvana while he wore his poncho on a clear day doing the 300m out and back instead of the silly upbeat orchestral music he went with instead.

I limit my trips to the mountains because it feels hypocritical to damage the environment just to go out and enjoy it. I bike to trailheads around town.

But in the back of my mind, I know that everything I do will be more than offset by some schmuck like Seth who just wants to drive to the continental divide for no damn reason.

I just have to be satisfied living my values, because people like Seth make the effects of my sacrifices meaningless. It's ok though, I'm sure his catholicism stokes climate change denial and his belief that all of nature was created by God to be enjoyed by Man.

And it wasn't even a shoe battle. I guess DGR isn't as interested in watching the eggman drive hours to putter about in the mountains for 5 minutes as they claim.

Seth: Constantly complains about inflation and income and finances and whatnot.

Also Seth: Pointlessly wastes gas driving a couple hours roundtrip just to briefly walk in a circle.

Seth: Has a newborn daughter not to mention 4 other young children at home with his wife.

Also Seth: Drives hours away from home to do "work" that he could literally do in his own house / yard.

He's clearly so desperate to right the ship and regain viewers. Even he knows the shoe battles ain't cutting it so he probably figured some cinematic mountain B-roll and an "injury update" would be the answer. Too bad even DGR isn't all that interested in watching a poncho-wearing lunatic aimlessly meander around. These recent videos have probably been more of a hit around here than for his loyal simps. It spawned loads of hilarious posts yesterday. Seth should be thanking us for the views if you ask me. LRC is buttering his bread big time.

I wouldn't put my money on Seth winning Pikes Peak ever again.
