2) There is a sequence of pictures somewhere of Kip running at 6:30 pace (yeah right) behind a huge 200 pound woman. I can't find the pics now, but i think they are running on a narrow windy path. I love those pictures because you can see the determination in Kip's face as he bears down on the woman who is definitely running slower than 10:00 pace.

Not trying to justify the cheating that he might be doing here at Rochester, but the thing is Kip might be running behind this lady going >10min pace & doing the half marathon and i say this because of the difference in bib color (she's got a green one, his is red)...

Sometimes i spontaneously start snickering to myself thinking about this whole thing. I wonder if i am going crazy.

My favorite one is actually a video and the one that started all of this nonsense and addiction for me - his look of shock and dismay while crossing the finish line at the Missoula Marathon in Montana as my friend Mike Telling passes him at the line while the announcer talks only about Telling. My second-favorite is his finish line photo at Deadwood - all glory and no substance.

OK - while we're at it reliving the past and waiting for more news, I thought I'd promote a "favorite page" from the KL thread. For me, it's page 15, when everyone had become suspicious of WWY. Very Disappointed and Whoomp There It Is totally unraveled the internet evidence of the made-up race. I can still recall the WTF! feeling of incredulity at the depth of KL's fantasy world.

I remember that...took it to another level. It was like every day there was something new or pic that someone discovered.

Still curious about the west Wyoming marathon. 29 runners total. And he won it. Anyone know anything about it? Is it a real race? The main page is down and now the results are gone. ( was up last week). did he make up an entire race? That would be bold!

I am prob one of the few who, after some research, am undefeated against KL!! Turned out I beat him by about 40 minutes in the jacksonville marathon in 2003 (he was 3:23 which was probably legit for him back then) and numerous times in the Naples 1/2 by roughly 10 minutes when he ran some dubious 1:28s on a course that is easily the easiest to cut if you wanted to.

Somehow he was able to make up that 40 minute gap while aging.

I went back to pages 15 and 16...I forgot about the potential accomplice!
