What did you get that from? Very few of my runners get sick or injured, but of course it happens sometimes even to them as everyone else coach. Read this carefully one more time; I never coached Kamworor because he got sick before he could start to use the program I sent to him ( the first weeks program)

When he was on the Olympic team and had just won the world championship in the half marathon he reached out to an unknown Swedish coach in his first year of coaching to help him break the 15 km road WR.

The unknown coach is you, ok.?.. You are the biggest joke on the boards. Lies of made up runners, lies, lies, and more lies. What is this lady sprinters name? Athletes that don't say your name, but give you credit. Please!! Would Let's Run take credit for an Olympic gold medalist, saying, " l give credit to a US based running site for running for helping me"....???? More things that can't be proven... I guess we will all be proven wrong when at your lecture, in some undetermined time in the distant future, the unknown Sprinter and all the great runners will attend. You do know, all you have to do is put up something on the Internet to prove this, but you can't prove something that never happened.

Another "Mastermind" ))) Who has told that he has something to thank me for? That`s not the main point in this true story. The main point is that he compared the both systems and decided to go with mine.

The sprinter you started this thread about got sick and has done nothing since. Another female athlete you were coaching toward a world record in the summer got sick and has done nothing since. Kamworor got sick just from you sending him a program, but at least he made a miraculous recovery and wasn't too affected.

Can't wait for your lecture. Will it be before or after all the world records set by your athletes?

Your website says you've only been coaching 3.5 years. Yet ~4 years ago the top runners in the world had seen the fast improvement of other Kenyans you were coaching at the time. You must be really superior. You're the best!

And here we have another "Einstein" ))) The sickness of the both female athletes was the same and a very severe one that can take very long time to heal 100% and nothing that had to do with my coaching of them. And I hope you don`t seriously mean that a runner can suffer from pneumonia just by sending my program? )))

That info is just not updated. I started as an online coach in the summer of 2015 . My first coached runner then , a Norwegian, lowered his PB:s at 1500m from 4:19 to 4:09 (solo and without special 1500m training), 3000m from 8:59 to 8:48 , 10 k from 33: 30 something to 32:30, half marathon from 1:14 to 1:11 and the marathon from 2:40 to 2:27:30 in just 2 ½ month being on the system. After that sharpening the Kenyans got interested and everything just rolled on ........

Wow. The Kenyans noticed a Norwegian running a 2:27 marathon, switched to your program, and in a few months an Olympian and world champion tried to switch to your program only to be thwarted by sickness and his over-controlling coach. Legendary!

Why must JS tell lies?? He has long since been discredited as nothing but a lier. Now he is going off the deep end, saying every one he coaches gets sick or gives it up. The real truth is he hasn't coached anyone.

Wouldn't it promote your coaching more to have photos of you with your athletes and videos of their testimonials about how great you are?

Don't know that a site that looks like my mom's Myspace page is doing it for you.

He can't have testimonials of real athletes,he could actually get in trouble for his lies, but why dosen't he start with all the FAKE athletes because it's not likely that anything will happen to him for that? Fake people usually don't complain. And for good measure put Phil in there. He could talk about how JS took him from a 2:20 to dam near 2:40.

More like I coached a then aged 16 Kenyan ( before coached in USA) in some month to become one of Kenya`s 3 best juniors at XC and a couple of Kenyan marathoners to wins in Valencia marathon, Nice -Cannes marathon and PB:s like 2:07 - 2:10 and a female Kenyan to a 1:07 half and a debut marathon at 2:26 . )))

I misread. You coached him to be one of Kenya's three best juniors.

Did the other Kenyans contact you based on your amazing 2:27 Norwegian, or did they switch to you after seeing the 16 year old become one of the three best juniors?
