169. Be An Obnoxious Tweeter.
Take an obvious position that few people disagree with. As soon as it's clear you were right, post an obnoxious tweet gloating about how "I told you so." This not so subtle technique of making the story about you will relieve you of the burden of posing as a decent and humble human being. For maximum effect, change your twitter password so your brother can't punk you out by deleting the tweet.

199. Print a Hard Copy of 5 x 18 Threads.
5 x 18 is the most effective workout to run sub 2:55 in the 'thon. Unfortunately it is a highly guarded secret and any discussion of it will be almost immediately deleted.
