Not only do we have the lies about 2:03 8x800s and the daily running in general (notice that it is without times now:), as well as MORE THAN 2 ALIASES, but Running Dogg seems to think that a female coach MUST EQUAL sexual innuendo.
Wrong on so many levels.
Please remember that part 1, which I started, was fabulous until this guy came along with his 2x4x800m at 2:03 with 45sec rests. I said, when he asked, that he could race 13:15 5k, but he raced 19-something instead, and blamed me for it! Of course that is all deleted now and he knows it. He will assume none of you remember, and say "show me where it says that". THAT is who you are dealing with. :) (Oh, and I know his real identity too. But, I digress.) I'm just saying to any young runners here, Running Dogg is a serial liar, and his sexual innuendos regarding his female coach don't belong, even on letsrun.
ps: 6/10 for "Troll Police". Confusing the two of us always scores more points.

If you think a recovery run means doing a last 200 meter sprint I will have to come over to your place and give you a real hiding.

Running Dogg: it sounds like you are going to have to respond to this one. Try to keep this thread going even if it means compromising on something or owning up...

1) There are no posts on this thread where anyone claims to have done 8x800 at 2:03;
2) Your suggestions of a female coach equaling sexual innuendo are unfounded;
3) There is a link to part 1 in the first post on this thread (thanks to Running Dogg). The first post in that thread is not from you, unless you were using a different name there too.

today: Post half marathon easy day. Walked for an hour in the park. Colder than a witch's tit northerly wind. Bike to work. Will bike back home.
Nice weather here. Still summer like, though that's kind of odd. Did a relaxed 35 minutes and a few strides.

This is a historic day at letsrun. THAT pic is no loger there!!! :)
Today I did a 12min jog. I've been having achilles trouble over the last week. I shall take 9 days off. On Nov 1st, I'll jog 5min. On Nov 2nd, I'll jog 10min. Etc. Add 5min per day. Nov 7th = 35min.
What do you think of this plan?
