Pretty easy. Categories are sex based, not gender based. Regardless of their choice to take estrogen, transgirls are males and should compete in the male category, taking estrogen doesnt negate unsporting advantage. And yes, some boys are slow, and have physical disadvantages therefore they are on the lower end of the scale in terms of athletic ability compared to the rest of the boys. Just because they are slow boys, does not mean they get to compete as girls because they tied their hair up in a pony tail.
Transboys are females, and unless they take supplemental testosterone, they can compete in the female category. The male category is not a protected category, so transboys can compete there too, however they would have to either get a TUE for testosterone therapy or decide not to take it in order to continue with sports.
The term intersex is a misnomer, the more modern term is DSD (disorder of sexual development). Each DSD condition is still considered Male or Female. Caster Semenya is a male for example. I do not agree to use terms such as cis, or sex assigned at birth because it implies that sex is a changeable condition based on a choice, which not the case. Calling someone cis, implies that that person chooses to remain female, or adhere to societal stereotypes about appearance. Being a woman is not something that is cosmetic, or a choice, it is an unchangeable state if being determined by nature (or God if that's what you believe in). Having long hair, taking estrogen pills, getting plastic surgery, does not change someone's inherent nature. Whoever told you that was possible has lied to you. We are born into this world male or female, it was not assigned to us, and adult human females are women, not "cis-women".
Laws in California say otherwise. Can you create actual criteria for your division? You say it is based on sex, yet sex markers can easily be changed. For example I already have legal documents that have female marked.
And again, how do you plan to enforce any of this?
Are you claiming that millions of people throughout the world do not exist? Cause that's sure what it sounds like. And not just people, entire cultures and religions too. Gender non-conforming people exist, and your statements just go to show of your bigotry.
Regardless of whether sex markers can be changed on legal documents, medically Doctors know if someone is male or female. AllDSD conditions are also either male or female. If you have Chapelle's syndrome, you have a male phenotype despite XX chromosomes (don't think it's a good idea to self diagnosed I hope you get this confirmed by your MD). All athletes must undergo physicals prior to signing up for school sports teams. Are you saying trans people lie to their Doctors about what they really are? Regardless of what's on your birth certificate or ID, that's how to enforce it. It is not hard, and it simplifies everything. And yeah, sorry you are a slow male runner. And it's obvious you do not have good counter arguments when you just resort to calling someone a bigot when they disagree with you and use extreme cases and hypothetical conditions, that means deep down you know transgirls (males) participating in girls sports is wrong and immoral and you are frantically searching for rare exceptions in order to justify that unfair situation. If you aren't male, why do you label yourself as trans? Why do you have to take supplemental hormones to try to look more like a girl? A natural female would not have to do or say those things, they just are those things...
Remember those five athletes dominated girls' sports in Ohio with their unfair advantage?
I don't either...
Five 2nd to last place finishers would be five too many.
None of them need to dominate like Aayden Gallagher or Lia Thomas in order for us to fight it, but those 2 disgusting examples represent the worst fear of this whole travesty.
The last place girl would have finished last regardless of whether there was a trans girl in the race.
Does it matter whether she finished 149/149 or 150/150?
I Not to mention title IX prevents discrimination based on gender identity. I don't care if Trump changes that, because as of right now, that is federal law.
Title IX has never been interpreted to require trans participation in sex-segregated sports. In fact, Biden's Solicitor General just told the Supreme Court that Bostock's reasoning does not apply to sports.

You don’t sound like you have a definition of male and female that strictly classifies every human into one or the other. Beyond you will know it when you see it, that is.
It has been said already but let's say it again. We divide sports by sex because males are bigger, stronger, and faster than females. It is not a fair competition. We have different changing facilities because males are sexually more aggressive (Fact: # of male sex offenders versus female sex offenders). Look at reality. This year the female NXN winner ran the best race ever for a female on the course. She would have come in tied for 86th in the male race. 99 runners in the male race would have beaten the previous female record. XY needs to compete against XY. XX needs to compete against XX. XY needs to use XY facilities. XX needs to use XX facilities. This is a societal issue, not an individual preference issue.

Then what’s the point of announcing your individual preference? Society is already functioning without it on these matters.

This is a function of cumulative effect of testosterone. Not a function of chromosomes.
If your body does not produce adult male level testosterone, your Y chromosome does not give you advantage.
If your body does not respond to testosterone, your Y chromosome does not give you advantage.
If you have prevented your testosterone-driven puberty with medical intervention, your Y chromosome does not give you advantage.
Medical experts hired by World Aquatics (FINA) came to this conclusion a few years ago. You do not have to relitigate a settled case with your uninformed opinion.
It has nothing to do with politics. It's science, biological facts. Trans ideology is the only ideology at work here and liberal guilt is the only politics that has given it legs.
Per the USATF-NCAA policy for athletics now in place that the NCAA has made no indication it plans on changing in the forseeable future, male college students can compete in NCAA women'scross country and track & field if they do the following three things:
1. Make a verbal declaration that their “gender identity is female. The declaration cannot be changed, for sporting purposes, for a minimum of four years.”
2 Can demonstrate that their total serum testosterone level has been below 10 nmol/L for at least 12 months prior to the first NCAA women’s event they compete in.
3. Maintain serum testosterone level below 10 nmol/L throughout the period they want to continue to compete in NCAA events in the female category.
For comparison: the normal serum testostrone range for females age 18+ is 0.2-1.68 nmol/L - and the median is 0.69 nmol/L.
For males age 18+, the normal range for serum testosterone is is 7.7-29.4 nmol/L.
This means someone like Aayden Gallagher can compete in women's NCAA track & field and cross-country with T levels in the normal male range. Some males naturally have testosterone < 10 nmol/L, so they could qualify for women's NCAA competition without taking any T suppressants or exgenous hormones at all.
I think these eligibility standards set such a low bar that they make competing in women's NCAA track & field and/or cross country a very likely and attractive prospect for Aayden Gallagher - for alll the other male athletes currently or recently competing in HS girls' cross country and track & field. Such as Soren Stark-Chessa of ME, Rose McNaughton and Lizzy Bidwell of CT, Maelle Jacques of NH, Veronica Garcia of Washington state, poster 3a on this thread, the senior pole vaulter at 3a's high school who'a announced his plans to switch to the girls' division this year, and all the other male athletes that 3a says are competing or recently have competed in the girls division in CA that we don't know about.
FINA, the governing body for swimming, has determined that trans women can only compete if they have undergone a full transition to female before the age of 12, which is essentially an outright ban.

Repeating this lie over and over does not make it true.
FINA policy does not require a trans athlete to undergo "full transition" before age 12. You only have to start medical transition before age 12. And there are many trans athletes who meet that requirement, although none of them is an elite level swimmer.

No college coach will recruit those athletes whether they are eligible or not, after seeing all the controversy involving SJSU volleyball team. So your fellow cultural warriors have achieved their goal without forcing NCAA to change its rule. The current athletes who are competing in stealth will probably quit their teams before they are outed by the vigilantes. That will leave only a few trans athletes openly competing now. Once their college eligibility is over, you will have to find a new battle to keep people being outraged.

It's not true that the only reason males have an advantage over females in nearly all sports is because of the cumulative impact that adult male levels of testosterone have on male bodies during and after puberty of adolescence.
You just keep insisting this is true, but you never provide any evidence. Because your entire theory is based on faulty premises.
A number of the physical characteristics that males develop, maintain and build on which together give males as a group a huge advantage over females as group in nearly all sports are due to the combination of male testosterone + male genetics + the behavior of male androgen receptors during three key periods in the human male life cycle: development in utero; male mini puberty of infancy; the period encompassing male puberty of adolescence into male early adulthood in late teens, early 20s.
However, some of the physical characteristics that males develop which give them a big advantage over females - particularly during adolescence and adulthood but not solely then - are due to male genetics alone or due largely to male genetics. Such as male bone length and height; male pelvis and Q angle; male tendons; the much larger size and power of males' lungs and throats; male airway cells; male heart and lung structure and function.
We know from the experience of all the castrati of Italian choral music and European opera fame - and the multitudes of males in various cultures over time who were castrated in their youth so they could work as harem and palace guards and court eunuchs - that removing the testicles of boys when they are 8, 9, 10 or 11 doesn't do away with, or prevent them from developing, many of the distinctly male features that give males an advantage over females in physical activities like sports.
The reason the castrati had such remarkable, unique voices was because they developed the tall height, large lungs and throats, big rib cages and chest cavities, and the distinctly-male shaped skulls and sinuses and nasal passages of grown men whilst retaining the vocal chords and voice boxes of young boys.
Also, some of the large sports performance gap between males and females is due to the myriad ways that females develop differently to males - and all the biological processes we go through and have to contend with that males don't experience and never have to deal with or even think about for a moment
But you never acknowledge that female development and our very different biological processes and reproductive burdens account for some of the disparity between the sexes in sports because you only care about males and their development. And the only aspects of male development you mistakenly think matter are the ones driven exclusively by adult male tesosterone levels and male androgen receptor repsonse during adolescence and afterwards.
