Why doesn't Israel and just evict the terrorists from Gaza and West Bank, end this almost century of tomfoolery, and then the Palestinians can just go to other Arab countries that are already in line with their lifestyle?
Serious question, I'm not a politico.
Why do they have to leave?
They have been there forever...and I mean forever. The UN and Israel have taken their land and have been shrinking it for over half century and walled them in.
Who cares these folks have been fighting for a few square miles of dusty land for millenniums.
Except while Trump was in office. #mag^ This is stupid. Voters here would rather hate Trump and escalate Wars and kill kids, then just have peace.
WTF? I didn't mention trump. Trump knows zero about any history or foreign affairs. I didn't mention anything about American voters. I think you responded to the wrong person.
Again...these folks have been fighting for thousands of years before there was a United States.
Interesting. I admit I know nothing about this conflict, and I found it particularly annoying that a lot of the newspaper reporting and allowed commenting in the UK is clearly biased in favour of Israel (with some exceptions) so I did some googling.
Surely 2 million Palestinians into Gaza, an area maximum 41km by 12km at its widest point, will never work. Particularly when Israel controls all but one of its land borders and all of its water supplies, along with most of its food, electricity and fuel supplies. Its clearly a breeding ground for terrorism. Living conditions there must be awful and the Palestinians desperate.
Israel are surely behaving like colonisers in the region? I believe the other Palestinian territory in the West Bank has "illegal" Israeli settlements as Israel spreads out of its own agreed territory and the entire 5 million Palestinian people don't have an internationally recognised country to call their own. It sounds very similar to genocide by the Israelis, backed by the west for trade reasons.
Whats surprising is not the latest conflict, but the fact that there hasn't been a bigger conflict already.

At some point, people need to grow up. Really. Next thing the Mexicans will be trying to take back California, and the Turks ramming thru Romania.
The message is simple but only one President in our lifetimes was able to deliver it, and the current President can’t think.
Tlaib (D-MI) is anti-American, Antisemitic, and supports international Islamic terrorism. She needs to resign.
The death toll in Israel is now 700. Hamas targets civilians.
Israel targets children.
Proof of targeting children? I mean we have plenty of proof that Hamas intentionally targeted civilians, kidnapped women and children and engaged in ISIS style executions. I see no such arbitrary action from the Israelis.
What Hamas has done is despicable. Shooting rockets and then massacring 100's of kids at a peace music festival? Politically this was the dumbest thing they could have done. This will likely push more people to oppose their "fight."
Trump gave away secrets about weaknesses in israel's national security apparatus to its enemies. Then those weaknesses were exploited by Hamas. I'm sure that's just a coincidence.
FLASHBACK: Trump shared classified intelligence from Israel with Russia - and admitted to it.
Point one: I'd say the holocaust and the exodus of jews from the arab regions is wayyyyyyy more responsible for what the modern Israel has become politically, militarily, ethnically, and culturally. I doubt you'd understand - educate yourself:
Point two: No, they didn't create the country, they have supported it for years but this is hugely undermining what the Jews have built since the 1800s. The Palestinians have contributed NOTHING TO THE WORLD BESIDES TERRORISM.
Point 3: i don't really understand this point point four: Yes, we support democracies that are under terrorist siege. HOw much did we give to Ukraine? Poiint five: This attack is independent of the West bank. We can have that conversation later. This is about Hamas.
But you are a self admitted Hamas sympathizer, and Hamas is no better than ISIS.
The men who have been taken hostage are likely being beaten while the women are being raped. There are multiple videos being circulated on telegram showing this. Thees terrorists are posting Facebook pictures of the different women and discussing which they'd like to rape first - and the press is celebrating the attack today.
Remeber this all happened on a holy day for the Jewish people.
SMH....taken hostage or being taken prisoner is part of war.
How many Palestinians have been killed by Jews directly and indirectly by Isreal?
Who cares about the Jewish people. Yes what happened to them was absolutely horrible and deadly racist, and yes that wasn't that long ago.
There are 16 million Jewish people on Earth (0.2% of the population) and half reside in America. We give them way too much attention and what they have been doing to the Palestinians for half a century is abhorrent.
It is a good bet that the comprehensive war plan that Trump asked Miley to give him and then waived around and would not return was not just a random request. The request for that came from someone that sought great value in it. And Trump aims to collect things that he knows are valuable to others. Putin and Iran would greatly value that plan.
Imagine how emboldened Iran would be knowing it had a detailed stragy of how the US could or would or would not respond respond?
Trump is a traitor and a stain. Jack Smith knows the extent of most of it but it will not be fully disclosed because it would hurt our national security even more if it got out into the public. Trump literally admitted to giving Israeli secrets to Russians in the Oval office!
Israel’s continuing oppressive and discriminatory system of governing Palestinians in Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territories (OPT) constituted a system of apartheid, and Israeli officials committed the crime of apartheid under international law. Israeli forces launched a three-day offensive on the occupied Gaza Strip in August during which they committed apparent war crimes. This compounded the impact of a 15-year ongoing Israeli blockade that amounts to illegal collective punishment and further fragments Palestinian territory. Israel escalated its crackdown on Palestinians’ freedom of association.
It also imposed arbitrary restrictions on freedom of movement and closures that amounted to collective punishment, mainly in the northern West Bank, ostensibly in response to armed attacks by Palestinians on Israeli soldiers and settlers. The year saw a rise in the number of Palestinians unlawfully killed and seriously injured by Israeli forces during raids in the West Bank. Administrative detentions of Palestinians hit a 14-year high, and torture and other ill-treatment continued. Israeli forces demolished al-Araqib village in the Negev/Naqab for the 211th time. A further 35 Palestinian-Bedouin towns in Israel were still denied formal recognition and residents faced possible forcible transfer. Authorities failed to process asylum claims for thousands of asylum seekers, and imposed restrictions on their right to work.
Stay up to date on the state of human rights in Israel and Occupied Palestinian Territories with the latest research, campaigns and education material from Amnesty International.

Anyone paying lip service to "violence on both sides" now but who promptly turned a blind eye to years of a brutal occupation that dehumanized and slaughtered Palestinians for years isn't the decent humanitarian they think they are.
Of course the violence is horrible. But years and years of apartheid only makes the result unavoidable.
Israel’s continuing oppressive and discriminatory system of governing Palestinians in Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territories (OPT) constituted a system of apartheid...
The Jewish group that took over Israel is apartheid among other Jews. There are three types of Jews; Ashkenazi, Sephardic and Mizrahim. Ashkenazi became a group in Northern Europe (northern Germany and Scandinavia), Sephardic became a group in Spain, Portugal and Northern Africa, and Mizrahim are the actual native Jews who never left the Middle East. Ashkenazi are the ones who placed themselves in charge, they are very white. The other two types are heavily suppressed and have little power in Israel.
They only Jews who have a legitimate claim in Israel are the Mizrahim, but they are too brown and Arabic to be trusted by white Jews. If all of the "white" jews returned to their proper homeland (Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway) the Jews, Arabs and Christians who are actual natives of the area would live in a lot more peaceful way.
