Yeah, thats why the slowest heat of the women's 1500m this morning was won in a faster than 3 of 4 heats from Tokyo 2021 and Eugene, + was faster than all the heats in Doha 2019.

This is true. If you have ever watched Katir, it’s 95% running 5% melodrama. He always looks all out. That was not hard for him.
I have come around on Katir. Maybe doping, sure. But I guess I like that he makes it looks hard and I like that he always tries.
