Full explanation is on Twitter and another thread but a rating for one performance means it is an average run for someone with a 14:51 PR. That’s usually not 14:51. This is why her rating is 15:05 - it won’t lower until she backs it up to prove she can generate performances of that level as her “average” performance.
This can be confusing but it is an artifact of XC vs Track seasons. People don’t race 5ks every other weekend through the season in track.
