Quick update to let people know I'm not letting the thread die, but last week I had really tired legs and started to turn it into a down week by shaving about 10 miles off it. I stopped my LT 10 mins into it and then took some mileage off some other runs. But I still felt fatigued for the long run on Sunday, so I'm taking a really easy week this week. And on top of that I'm sick (kind of unavoidable when you have a young child). So unfortunately I'm not invincible and this training plan didn't continue to go amazing. But I'll be back at it next week. I'll eventually detail the training of last week and this week for completeness sake but don't feel like it right now. Uhh so maybe another update in 2 weeks from now with 3 weeks of training detailed, but with comments just on the most recent week.
