Miller Ubo seems to have the advantage in height, weight, reach, chest and fist.
Bowie likely has greater speed, while Miller Ubo likely has superior endurance.
Also in different weight classes in UFC (Flyweight/Lightweight). But I believe Bowie might perform relatively better in a cage setting.
