I posted this a month ago and the thread was deleted. She had a rx in her foot 6 weeks out from Boston and they knew she wouldn't make the starting line. This time she has a fx in her foot and it's been there for over a month.
She will not start and this it must be a complete mental disaster for her knowing she has coaches, agents, and meet organizers hyping her up knowing that she won't start.

I think you are right as none of these top tier elite marathon runners would go into a marathon without having raced in 7-9 months. They always have a minimum of one and usually two races prior to the marathon. These stupid Nike shoes with a carbon fiber plate in them are going to cause a lot of lower leg and foot injuries. Some runners actually need to compete to make a living.
White Americans make far more bank from shoe deals, so actually winning prize money is not as important. (And their shoe deals are better compared with non-white-Americans performing just as well.)

The real joke is who is running this show. Alberto Salazar and Ricky Simms.
One big conflict of interest for Jordan Hasay and Galen is that Galen, Alberto and Jordan all use Ricky Simms as their agent.
The cheater Alberto has Ricky working on his behalf and certainly not on Jordan's behalf.
Having a different agent from Alberto would insure no conflicts of interest. If Jordan's agent was not Ricky Simms, then this other agent would have told Jordan to dump the DRUG CHEAT Alberto as soon as the cheating news came out!
