This doesn't make any sense. Would you say that "people who run are Olympic gold medalists?" Maybe you would, but most people wouldn't. Even though some people run and are Olympic gold medalists, it doesn't make sense to make this general statement. Strangely, you acknowledge the stupidity of "painting with a broad brush in your last line, but saying that people who have tattoos are called 'doctor' is doing just that.

And they are bundled in with gangs today and by association are considered not clean-cut people. When the truth is, these people need your help. They are crying for attention. They put a design or statement on their body and want everyone to see it. They are the kid from 4th grade who always wanted to say something funny in class, but just became the kid in 9th grade who was always saying something smart-ass, hoping the class would find them funny and cute.
they do this all for attention. So give it to them. Otherwise, you might be the first person they look for when they come to work with a weapon. And, you know they will.
