Way to be the bigger man. One thing the big boss didn't mention was there are a lot of really analytical guys on here that will pull more out of your statement then is actually there. Fact is; PA's was legit this year, just like it was last year and will most likely be next year. Maybe I can get a nice two paragraphed response now as well.

Legit what? I am just wondering, what are you saying? It was 6 miles?
that the guy was saying that the race is a good race regardless of it's distance. Also, hasn't the distance been different the llast three years? I think a guy died on the course last year so it was under 6mi, and this year there was some reseeding thing?
My belief is XC is who you finish with and who's behind you, not the time or the distance of the race.
Boy, all you have to do is look at the guys up front. Reily, Gilmore, etc....heck, Ryan Hayes ran 29:30 a few weeks ago in Alabama on the roads, and ran 32 at GGP. Master winner Nelson has run sub 31 this year, and he ran in the 33's...I figure the course was at least a couple minutes slow. Perhaps I'm alone here, but I have always thought running in GGP was very tough...you have a combination of lumpy, bumpy, grass, gopher holes, dirt/sand, etc. Very few have run the 4 mile/2 lap course in 20 minutes...looks to me like a lot of good efforts last week in the park...

The open race was stacked. The guys I normally race with (I'm a 32 min 10K runner) were around 60th place.
They easily won the meet. On
it lists the Aggies winning, transports adidas as 2nd and the Farm team abbsent.
Did they get disqulaified for something.
Some people were talking about Riley not being a true member of the Farm Team and being used as a ringer. They would have won without him, it sucks if he's why they got disqualified.
