Trey Hardee weighs the same, Jurgen Hingsen weighed 10-15 lbs more and they run the 400 seven seconds faster. 7 seconds! But it doesn't count because they're taller.
After checking out his youtube channel, I highly doubt humility is anywhere on his radar. He's got video after video of himself flexing and saying "new world record for hotness."

I just went through this whole thing saying that it all goes by HEIGHT and WEIGHT...
i listed my height of 6'0 tall. my weight was 210 and 214lbs and i ran similiar times..
Each inch taller means i would weigh more..
Its funny how you say you coached decathletes bigger and faster.. BUT were they 6'0 tall or below and did they weigh more than 214?
No decathlete in the world right now is 6'0 or below and weighs more than 214lbs.
Keep trying to come up with people to compare, because your not going to find anyone..
And anyone can sit here and say that they know someone heavier and ran a good time.. Wheres the proof? Show a video....
All of my videos are proof.. Do you see me squatting 500 lbs? You see that? Do you see how big i look in 100 percent of my videos? Or is all that just not ringing a bell?

I ran 51.96 in 1999 at 182lbs.. and that was the last time that i was anywhere near an acceptable height and weight for the 400..
Guess what? The 51.96 was FAT... hand timed on it was 51.34
Heres the catch with that though....I RAN THAT in july after hardly even training for the 400...
I never hit my peak in track till october or november and i had potential in 1999 to run 46 but never got around to getting in the training to doing it...
I had only trained 2 weeks leading up to that 51.96..
And then the rest of the year i got busy and couldnt get my training or track races in.. After 1999 though i started a new weight lifting program and gained weight and muscle.
Therefore i am now 30 LBS HEAVIER on average from the years 2000 till 2014.
You are all underestimated the power of extra weight... and this is getting funny watching you all try to find someone that was my height or below and over 214lbs..
Comon lets go do your research... Try to find a guy that was 6'8 tall and 210lbs so i can laugh even more at how dumb your comparison will sound...

Robert Griffin III is currently 6'3" and 220 pounds.
He has run 49.22 for the 400m Hurdles and I have no idea what he could've done without hurdles. I'm gonna say in the ball park of 45-47. And there is no way he was 22 pounds lighter while doing Spring track as a freshman at Baylor while still training for Football.

I'm pretty sure you're the only noncompetitive 400m runner who videos himself. Of the thousands of kids who run 54 second 400m, exactly zero of them have their height and weight listed next to the race results. In fact, the vast majority of college track programs do not list the heights and weights of their track athletes in their bios. And no college runner runs 400m that slow. Of the few 400m runners whose height and weight is public, pretty much only guys who run under 46 seconds, I'll take your word that none are as short and heavy as you are.
So congratulations, although everyone who has ever run track suspects there are lots of guys your size who can run 54, you have chosen a feat that is so narrowly defined and so obscure that it's really difficult to find data to refute it and no one in their right mind would spend time disproving it.

But he's over 6 feet, so he's disqualified on the OP's narrowly defined criteria. And it doesn't matter if he weighed 300 lbs and ran 43 seconds, if he's over 6 ft he doesn't count.
