Including Sith would change the lists up a LOT. Darth Bane and Palpatine/Sidious would make the list for sure. Nihilus, Krayt, and Plagueis would be up for consideration too. Sith like Anakin Skywalker, Dooku, Revan, Jacen Solo, etc may be able to be included since they spent a significant amount of time as Jedi first and could be judged by how powerful they were before going Sith.

I put Jacen on my list since he was definitely getting pretty crazy powerful, though he'd be at the bottom of the top 10 since there's no way he'd have a chance against his grandfather or uncle. I included Jaina as a possibility, but am changing my mind on that one. If the list was top aces, she'd be fighting with Wedge and Han for top honors, but as a Jedi, she hasn't proved herself yet, outside of the Caedus battle (and Caedus was distracted). Ben Skywalker has as better chance of eventually equaling the people that made the list than Jaina. I do like her character though, and I hope she gets developed more rather than retconned by Episode VII. Anakin Solo may have had the greatest potential of the three, but died before he came anywhere close to reaching it.

5. Luke Skywalker-- overpowered Vader, brought balance to the force.

6. Plo Koon-- had an awesome Galen Rupp mask, but died in the Jedi massacre

7. Tyvokka-- Wookie Jedi with a yellow lightsaber

8. Obi-Wan-- beat Darth Mall, and Vader the first time (although the 2nd time he fought weakly and died)

9. Coleman Trebor-- Dinosaur jedi, almost killed Dooku but was shot down by Fett

10. Princess Leia-- have to include a female here, otherwise I'm sexist.

Your thoughts?

I like your list if it's movies only, but in all the lore and shit Luke skywalker is generally agreed upon as number one, and I would without a doubt put Revan and Meetra Surik high on the list.
