Jordan Hasay Runs Greatest Workout of All Time

Seriously, I think Alberto was a wonder fit for Jordan. If he can help her on stride mechanics alone it will be of tremendous benefit and that wouldn't take a 'lot' of time. Her form was not ideal at all. Very clunky at times. As far as I know she has never really trained at Altitude either. Im sure she felt really good coming back down the first time and running on that cool track in the woods!

I am sure it helps that she doesn't have to worry about, or have a bunch of silly classes to get straight A's in either!

Twitter is such a double edge sword, awesome to see what people are up to, but when there is nothing else to talk about on here, and we start judging people's 140 character tweets... Can't get a whole lot of depth to what they are saying, and so people tend to speculate a lot about it!

Anyone else think she is getting ridiculously thin. At nationals, she almost looked anorexic.

Read what Ciaran O'lionaird had to say about Salazar. I think he just has high volume with lots of intensity. That will trim you down, even if you are already running. I know that when I run 70-90, it is not the same as me doing it with 2-3 longer workouts along with gym work. I suspect Jordan over the last 6-8 weeks has done longer workouts and added more gym time. She looks ultra-fit, not anorexic.

I'd like to point out that my skinny leg got a little press. Yes, that is my leg just ahead of her. I forget the workout, it was tough. Not a lot of recovery, and just fast enough that even I started getting winded... And I'm just a pacer.

Agreed. Salazar has always been pretty big on hyperbole. It's okay. Not a slam on Goucher or anyone else.

She is looking thinner than I have ever seen her. She just shrunk herself these last months.

Well both her and Erdmann seem to be "small boned" type people, but I think both do look too thin right now. I guess that's the nature of the sport...unfortunately.

It looks like Wang Junxia's 3k record of 8:05 is in danger.

Am I the only one who thinks that the 4:24 for 1600 is a typo? I don't see any way that she could all of a sudden be running a PR at the end of a workout like that. Even if she would have finished off in 4:44, that would have been great. I'm guessing 4:44 or even 4:54, since the 5 is right above the 2 on a keypad.

Correction: It wasn't the greatest workout of All Time. It was only a tribute.

Probably transposed the 2 and 4. 4:24 becomes 4:42.

Also a little disappointed in my reply on Yoder-Begley being removed. I'll dial it down a bit. It wasn't her weight, she just didn't have that "Nike look" like Hasay, Flanagan, Uhl.
