I know the difference between truly wanting to learn and wanting to talk shit. That's why I told you to look it up yourself, a person learns more that way. But if you're not looking to learn in the first place...
What I sent was basic, yes. I never said anything about it being Pfitz's schedule. Don't try to confuse things if you have nothing else to offer and are just looking for trouble. The Pfitz training is still valuable if you examine it and LEARN (there's that pesky word that bothers old guys again!) from the PRINCIPLES behind the training. In other words, what energy are being worked and how.
I never sent that as an example of what verbatim work-out to do. Hodge does that. That, and purposely take things out of context to be a dick.
Want to learn about VO2Max, Hodge? Get on Google, type in VO2Max, and start surfing. The learning is in the discovery. Of course, you'll have to use a little mental intellect to transfer the "classroom" knowledge into applicable field training. That's pretty much what seperates the Wetmores and Vigils from the Internet meassage board wannabee-mentors who type their old work-outs and simplistically say, "Do this and you'll be as good as I was (or wasn't, depending on perspective).
That might continue to be beyond you, held back by an attitude twenty years in the past as you are.
But give it a shot...for the sake of your worshippers on the board, if for no one else.
