On a kind of different note, your job sounds kind of like a scam. Is it some kind of selling scheme, like Cutco or something? Don't waste your time if it is.

It´s not a scam, it´s an ok job at a good company.
You're not alone pal, there are plenty others (including myself) who are lost...and I think it's pretty normal, life doesn't always have to make sense. I graduated college 2 years ago, I work a mediocre job, and I constantly question what the hell I'm doing with my life.
But you need to stay positive dude! No one likes to be around a negative nancy! My aunt complains all the time that her life is misserable because of this and that but does nothing to better herself. This shit follows her around everywere and because of it, her kids want nothing to do with her.
You are the only person that can make your life better. Consentrate on one thing at a time...as others have suggested, start with going to class! Talk to your teachers and let them know what's going on. When I was depressed in college (a whole nother story) I spoke with my teachers about what was bothering me, why I was having a hard time going to class and they worked with me to help me get my grades up. Also, try speaking to your counselor at school, they will most likely help validify your case with your teachers. It sounds like you need to get some things off your chest.
Just know you're not alone out there. It's not the end of the world! You just need to take one step at a time and be committed to these changes.

That idea that you can be carefree and successful is ludicrous. I'm betting the unsatisfying position the OP now finds himself in has resulted from too much time spent pursuing short-term happiness fueled by a carefree attitude. But now he's grown up, performed some gut checks and is ready to leave his carefree childish ways behind him.
The last thing he needs to hear at this stage is that he doesn't need to care about going to class, he doesn't need to care about that upcoming exam, he doesn't need to care about graduating, he doesn't need to care about agressively pursuing job opportunities, and he doesn't need to care about working hard when he lands an opportunity.
"Just be happy" isn't advice that's going to lead to success. He needs a kick in the ass as a send off to do those interval sessions he's been avoiding in life, and he needs to know that if he puts in the work the results will show. I'd try to think of a metaphor, but none come to mind.
I'm guessing you'd like him to continue his carefree ways in hopes that he ends up a democratic voting failure.
I'm in a similar boat as you, OP. it's not unusual in today's economy that even college grads are still on their parent's bill. i have a masters degree. i got extremely sick working and had to take time off. now im focusing on earning a certification and running PRs.
try to figure out what makes you happy in life and go do it. there will be many obstacles but you'll be able to find workarounds.

Hmm. My thought was the very same that Excelente had. Not typical for a company to call in 15 people at one time for "training" and then only hire 2-3 of them. No disrespect intended, but since you don't have a college degree, I can't imagine this job being even an "ok job" (not that you can't have a nice job without a college degree, but most of those are trade type jobs or administrative assistant type jobs if you're into that (mostly women still). If they're looking for just high school graduates, it likely won't pay much or has a high turnover rate or something. Used to be that companies would bring in a ton of people, send all of them either out in public or on the phones to sell something, and most of them would not want the job because they could see what the deal was and most of them don't want to be salespeople. I'd love to hear what this entails. My bet is selling or collections. I suppose it could be customer service...that could be ok depending on the subject matter, the type of customers and the managers at the job.

P.S
my user name might have changed a lil because I´m using a different computer
instead of taking the time writing the p.s. explaining why your user name has change why couldn't you have looked at your first post and copied and pasted your user name in so there would be no confusion and while I know it seems minor this shows a bigger picture of you just not thinking things out and is indicative of why you are where you are in your life.
