Can't say what your 1500 time is but I can 100% guarantee your "8k cross" was probably more like "7.5k cross" at best. I hate when people post their cross times as a PR and its a minute+ out of whack with everything they have ever run in their life. At least put the course to add some legitimacy (of which I would only count VCP). You run 4:48 pace for 5k on a track... but can run 4:58 pace over hill and dale, on grass, for nearly 2 miles more. HAHA. Maybe... MAYBE you could run 25:LOW on a track. Nothing wrong with your PRs. Pretty similar to mine (52, 1:58, 8:45, 15:15, 1:12 half and 2:34 marathon many years after my track days) and I think my best 8k is still 26:00... and not for lack of trying. You're telling me you're 1:10 seconds faster then me over 8k but only 12 seconds faster over 5k? Doubtful.
4:22 is close, its 4:20.3x, we have some good minds on this board for time!
and to the guy talking about cross times, it was on a conference course, highly unlikely it was 7.5, and yes, i am 1:10 faster than you over 8k, my 5k and 8k times are over a year apart from being run, use some logic. also, a 15:00 5k is worth about a 4:49, while the 8k is about a 4:59. Just thought I would add that as well
