Pretty easy week of running following race last Sunday. Stretched every day. My hamstrings have been killing me all week. Gonna get back into some hard running next week, bump the mileage back up a bit.
Round Mound - Nice half. I think <2:40 is in the cards.
MLB - Really not that bad of a 3k. I think I hammered a 9:17 just two weeks before running a 2:35 last year (by that, a 9:35 would be ~2:40, so you aren't that far off).
Stamford - 2:06!!! Wow. I don't think I could run 63 for a 400. Or even a 31.5 for a 200.....
