Chechnya and 200 Millions in captive nations should be separated from Russia, Turkey, Iraq, India, Pakistan, and Iran. Kurdistan, Khashmir, etc. should be independent nations.
A Clinton type solution as was done in Yugoslavia is applicable to these occupied countries.
Palestine/Israel on the other hand should be reunified back into it's pre-1948 form, sans Sharia Law, sans Apartheid, sans Zionism.

Muslim nations of South East Asia are a good example of how democracy, Islam, and a modern society can co-exist.
