I am glad that he is out of danger and hope that as the reports indicate, he is actually ok. I love him despite the problems he had in December. All the best.

Even if this happens I will rule you out, how can I take you seriously? Using the term 'thon instead of marathon most of the time means you think you run but you just can't, you jog. Odds are you are a fat three hour plus marathoner.
You are hilarious. What does my personal history have to do with anything? I don't even run anymore but I used to do my 20 mile training runs in 2:15-2:20 so I apologize if that bursts your bubble. Wanjiru is still the man and you will watch him prevail when the time comes again.
