I think that sounds decent.
Speed work every other day seems a little aggressive, but the ones during the week aren't real gut check workouts, so you'll probably be OK. Just make sure you're not burning yourself out. You're almost there already, it'd be easier to do harm by overdoing it, than to reap a major benefit from the extra work so late in the game.
Regarding doubles...A long time ago I learned that 2x5 miles is not as quality as 1x10 miles. That said, at this stage in your training, with the goal you have an how close you are to obtaining it, I wouldn't go mucking with what has been working for you. If your body feels loose and limber when you keep it active throughout the day (with doubles, stretching), and if you are confident in that strategy, then keep doing it. A good thing about doubling is that it gives you sort of a singular focus - dedicating large swaths of time during the day to running makes you FEEL like a runner, and you're going to go into that time trial with some major confidence because of it.
Once you get past this goal and start thinking about a longer-term approach to getting better, I'd suggest deemphasizing one of the runs, making one a primary run and the other just an easy shakeout.
