Connie Price-Smith ends up on these teams as Head and Asst. Coaches because the athletes demand to have her on the staff. The athletes demand her because of pass performance on other national teams. She does it for the love of track and could care less about votes, status ect. The teams are nothing but work if you take care of the athletes with zero pay.
The trips always end up costing her money out of her own pocket and her off time during the summer.
