I'll add "My Dinner with Andre" to the all male cast list.
Das Boot
Top Gun had all gay men. I like it.

I thought Das Boot opens at a party with women--not sure if any speak. Could be wrong, it has been a long time since I saw it.

Saving Private Ryan? I don't think the mother actually speaks and neither does the secretary.
At the end, the wife asks him why he is crying. He asks her if he has led a good life. I think women in one of the towns is crying/yelling.
Das Boot was a Gay German flick. I Loves them Nazi boys.
The original "Flight of the Phoenix" with Jimmy Stewart had an all male cast. There was one scene where one of the charactors was hallucinating and saw a belly dancer, but that doesn't count since she was merely a figment of his imagination.
I'm not sure if the remake of "Flight of the Phoenix" had any women in it because I never saw it.

I didn't see it either, but it looks like Eowyn was in it.

How about "The Women."
It wasn't as good as "12 Angry Man."
The "Flight of The Phoenix" had one scene where the woman was a mirage.
Wouldn't a male gay porn movie be men only? I don't know if that is true. I'll leave it to the "experts" of letsrun to verify this.
How about Shawshank Redemption? I don't think that had speaking women...
I'm almost certain that Black Hawk Down had no lines from a woman.
Does Gordy's mom speak at all? I know she at least appears in the movie, and I think during the flashback at the dinner table she says a line or two.
"Robinson Crusoe on Mars"(1964). Only three three actors. Ah, the monkey was named Mona. One of the actors played Batman later in life.
Also "Silent Running." It starred an actor who was a fairly decent runner. I saw him run at Mt.Sac one year. He did another running film.

Master and Commander (men)
La Casa de Bernarda Alba (women)
The fact that Master and Commander has an all male cast is happenstance, given that it takes place on a British naval vessel during the Napoleonic Wars.
La Casa de Bernarda Alba, however, was written with only female characters for a desired effect.
Master and Commander - when they stop at that island there are women in boats and you can hear chatter (in another language)
Moon - 2009
"Guy Fight"
"Thrifty Boys in the Afternoon"
"My Nap with Mister"
"Splendid Beach"
"Oh No She Didn't 2: The Reunion"
The Thin Red Line
Master And Comander
