    University of Vermont has an indoor facility, 11 to the mile I believe, but only has half an outdoor track. By "half an outdoor track" I mean that they used to have an outdoor track but it was in extremely poor condition. A few years ago they converted the outdoor track area to a turf field for Field Hockey/Lacrosse, but they didn't remove all the track, the first curve still exists (south side). Google maps still shows teh track.

    The University of Pennsylvania does not have an indoor track oval.

    By "Facilities" do you mean restrooms? Because I think most D1 schools have restrooms these days.

    Villanova University, a track & field powerhouse, does not have an indoor track. They use the newly re-done indoor track at nearby Haverford (D3!) to train on.
