Have you ever been to Alachua County? The cops will try and arrest you for ANYTHING expect real crimes like murder and grand theft etc then they run to base and dick around... as well as ticket you for every damn thing. Cut the guy a break the cops there are a bunch jerks... If it isnt game day you're gonna get a ticket. People get tickets for "riding with having two hands on a bike" because their pinky wasnt touching the handle bars/ speeding tickets while skateboarding... not to mention tasing...
