It is a weird way of showing data. It just makes it hard to understand at a glance. If they do it that way they should at least tell us what average is, instead of just showing deviation from the average.
Nobody knows exactly anymore. Ever since common carriers started deploying commercial backbones routers and trunks it\'s been a guessing game. The internet is not just the FIXs and MAEs like long ago when we were able to count each packet and gather stats from routers worldwide. Today nobody has control over the backbone. We can tell where packets go, but cannot determine the load of routers outside of our jurisdiction.

I installed this on my mazaltof E34i and all is hunky-dory.
