I can see how the shooting of Nicole Good could be legally justified. To be clear, I am not saying she deserved to die by any means. I am just commenting on legal justification.
I do not see such a justification based on this video. I think it’s important to wait until additional information and/or further camera angles come out. However, it does not appear that the use of force utilized was appropriate in the circumstances.
