Bobby Kersee is irate about the 2028 Olympic track schedule. Will it/Should it be changed for SML?

Even more are irate over the way Kersee has been getting away with juicing athletes since the 1980s, when many were caught and officials looked the other way. Ask Dr. Wade Exum who used to be director of the United States Olympic Committee's drug control administration. He has kept all of the paperwork, test results, etc. Disgraceful cover-ups by officials. The hell with Kersee the Chemiat.

Is the 400 Hurdles and 800 double possible?

I know the US market is bigger and the games are in LA, but I'd imagine World Athletics thinks they can rely more on Femke committing to doubling than they can on Sydney. And Femke is European, where athletics is a much bigger sport. She will become an all time European/Dutch great. She's also much better in interviews and will probably stay involved in the sport for the next 50 years as an ambassador. Sydney ... who knows if we will ever hear from her again after LA?

They aren't changing the schedule less than 12 months out no matter what Sydney does in 2027.

The 400 hurdles heats are on the same day as the 800 final. With the 800 rounds already being an endurance challenge for Bol, there's about zero percent chance she will combine the two events.

I haven’t seen the schedule but would a 400/200 double be possible? It’s not inconceivable to believe that she can’t be a contender in the 200.

If she's so keen on doing the double why didn't she do it at the WCs.

This feels like a story to keep her relevant because she'll hardly be competing until the next WCs.

Why not? They changed the 1996 Olympic schedule for Michael Johnson after he won the 200 and 400 double at the 1995 World Championships.

If Sydney wins the 200 / 400h double or the 400 / 400h double in 2027, there's a good chance that the 2028 Olympic schedule will get changed.

Because it draws ATTENTION and REVENUE! Easy answer.

Is he though, or just making noise for publicity? Do they even want to double or do they just want to "look" like they wanted to double but got screwed?
