5 years ago, at age 72, when I was undergoing chemo treatment for non-Hodgkin lymphoma, I exercised as much as I could, usually doing indoor rowing, indoor cycling,
outdoor walking, and some lifting. It certainly helped that I had no nausea issues.

A few years ago there was a guy training for a final marathon with terminal brain cancer. He posted his training leading up to it in this thread: Sub 3 marathon @ 38 with terminal cancer
