The USATF made a big deal out of hiring a "New" relay coach and they were going to use a new technical model based on science. Putting stupid people on the team who can't even exchange a baton negates any improvement.

They shouldn't get advanced and likely will not. The Zambia runner has a right to his "line" too. They set the order on the curve and they cannot change positions. The real issue is first and second leg being slow.
