He seemed to have a more positive attitude than Hocker did after he was outkicked by Fisher in an indoor 3000, and of course Kessler would be disappointed after making two teams last year. It will be two years before he has another chance and it would be disconcerting if he a positive reaction to such a devastating loss.
You understand the concept of “competition”, right? He’s not out there for participation medals.
