My initial suggestion would perhaps be Kipchoge?

Wilson Kipketer. Watching him in person was something to behold.
Edwin Moses
Josh Hoey
Second Rudisha, that period around London it just looked so easy for him and impossible to beat.

Same race learned us you can have some pretty disparate body types and strides and get it done in the 8. Lets look at Rudisha side by side with Symmonds! One guy with 8ft legs and the other a 156lb weight class wrestler. Its all economy I guess.

I always thought Hassan Mead had beautiful form.
Saw him run at Hayward a couple of times.
Thanks, David Christ, pleasure to meet you.
Frank Shorter and Seb Coe.
Certainly recency bias plays a role is these selections, but Bekele, Haile G for men and Tirunesh Dibaba, Gidey women
on the US side, Lagat for men. I always thought Huddle had a beautiful stride as well
I scrolled this quickly but didn't see Seb Coe on here. why though?
Not sure about best, but Grant Fisher definitely has the most robotic running form I've ever seen. Mr. Roboto.
Khalid Khannouchi just rolled along at WR pace!
