64 yr old here. Bodybuilder/muscle builder working out everyday. Widowed no GF: You've bragged about getting younger women a lot. Curious, what do these younger women look like? Attractive, fit young girls? (e.g, Bill Bilichick's twentysomething hottie) or unattractive, overweight/obese girls that guys in their age range don't want?
Secondly, are you loaded & leading with your wallet to attract these girls? I know you've mentioned that you're in excellent shape - lean & low BF and all that? - but unless you look like a Brad Pitt or Tom Cruise, that's usually not good enough to get the interest of younger, attractive women. For example, 6'5" jacked Dolph Lundgren (65) is engaged to twentysomething former model Emma Krokdal. And even with his height & looks, he's still a multi-millionaire. 😉
Now of course, no matter what answers you give, I have no way of knowing if it's true or not. This is an anonymous discussion forum where anyone can make up anything they want.
What I do know is that training in gyms as a bodybuilder for over 40 yrs now, I've yet see any 60 plus yr old bodybuilder/musclebuilder date a very young hot girl. I have seen some date less attractive younger women - usually overweight & average looking at best. And even these guys have some $ to play with using it as leverage to get with these girls. 🤣
Sir, this is LetsRun.
This post was edited 47 seconds after it was posted.
For me it's feast or famine. From October through January I dated a much younger woman and it was multiple times a week.
We're no longer dating and it's never.
I don't do casual sex. As I've gotten older I need to have a connection with the woman.
A serious connection- good friends or currently/previously dating.
As far as the list overall- I agree.
You learn that you can't take the people you love for granted.
The same goes for fitness- it takes more to stay fit/healthy as you age.

I don't mind answering and I promise I'm being honest:
I'm not loaded- I'm comfortable and own a modest house.
I'm 5'7 and 140 lbs.
I've been told I'm very good looking but that's subjective.
I've only spoken about two women and it fit the conversation.
In one case:
She was 27 and I was 59. Not fit but very hott. Red head and a local model. She was wild, to say the least, and asked me out because she said she had a fantasy about old men in my profession (education). I looked younger than my age so she went for it.
In another case, she's pretty and very fit. We were friends in the running community for about a year before we casually met out for a drink, just the two of us.
We had a lot in common, she doesn't go out typically on weekends, she's single and we lasted 4 months.
In both cases they said that "men" their age were too coddled by their mothers and weren't "gentlemen" or "men" but were more like middle school boys.
The latest one (who I'll admit I love dearly but we're not together but still friends) said things she liked about me (that made me a man in her eyes) are:
I'm consistent- opening doors, etc, those typically gentleman things. I didn't stop after the first couple dates, I continued even now after our relationship ended.
Flowers- as simple as that seems- I didn't just go to store and buy a dozen roses.
I went to a real florist and I bought an arrangement that fit HER and her house. I waited for a special occasion. In one case I had a very special bouquet waiting in a hotel room then brought flowers on special occasions just for that vase.
I'm not a body builder at all but I have a toned body. If I had to compare to someone I'd something like Nick Symmonds or maybe some other 800 meter type.
But- a lot of has to do with what they perceive as your personality (in adult women it's typically NOT how muscular you are.
They both told me that I give off an air of confidence but not arrogance.
Thank you for asking and I didn't think that anyone recognized me on here.

As I think of things I'll add:
With the most recent woman- we split the tab at restaurants. We took a 4 night trip (the hotel flowers) and split everything and she drove.
Both of the women I mentioned are turned off by the body builder type. But they both liked what they saw as my humble confidence.
I guess I was just lucky to be in the company of these women. I'm not saying that I can just walk up to any young woman and get a date.
Some people never grow past the teenage brain. You have come to the right place.
I honestly think there are a lot of guys early 20's with not much experience with girls.
They see the girls who go for the football/stud type and think that's what it's like for adults.
I know a 30 year old who is a nice enough guy, responsible in most aspects of life but has little experience with women.
He just doesn't know how to act. He was hitting on my latest GF when we were dating and she'd show me his close to inappropriate messages. We would laugh but she finally had to tell him to back off.
He meets women and dates them but it never lasts beyond a couple months.

You're right that you can do what you can as you age to keep it together and not become past it but the main advantage for an older guy is personality - intelligence, humour and empathy based on life experience. Being comfortable with yourself is part of it. You are unlikely to be chosen for your looks. Then there is still something we simply call 'X' factor.
Of course I could be speaking entirely theoretically, as nothing anyone says here can be proven to be real. Take it as you will.

You're right again. Looks does have something to do with it but those other factors enhance looks.
I think the humble confidence my two GF's see is me being comfortable with myself.
I will say that I am lucky genetically. People tell me that I look like I'm mid 40's and if my full head of thick hair wasn't white I would look younger.
No one thought that my to GF's and I looked odd together. Of course they knew I was older but not like a rich old man with a hot young trophy girl.
There's also a way of acting where older, fit men seem to be younger- just in attitude.
I don't go to he grocery store in an unbuttoned shirt with my gut hanging out. I have an 8 pack. I'd love to put a picture but no way! LOL this is still letsrun.

And I always cover my body with a shirt. LOL
That's another turn off- wearing tight shirts or tank tops or open shirts in the general public.
That goes for young guys too. Women laugh at that.

Sir, this is LetsRun.
I use to do some regular running & I still get out for a weekend run mixed with some HIIT up a ~400m hill on a trail. Nothing special - a few easy miles followed by the Norwegian 4x4s. Other than that, I mix my muscle building training with a couple of spin bike sessions (I have post-traumatic OA - so I need non-weightbearing cardio for most part).
I competed at the national level in bodybuilding for about 10 yrs after college up to my early 30s. After that I no longer competed, lost some bulk & starting running a few times a week (my late wife was a runner & actually got me involved with some running & I in turn got her involved in some bodybuilding training).

Thanks for the response. When you mentioned the one girl "not fit but very hot"...isn't that an oxymoron?
Anyway: Wow!...I guess I'm both shocked & impressed! A modest lifestyle & short statue with a slight build, and getting with attractive women half your age. A double WOW! 😯
I'm on the short side at 5'6" & weigh about 175 lbs (maybe 18-20% BF). When I was competing 30 yrs ago, I was 200 lbs in the off-season & got down to 180 shredded for competitions.
I definitely have a different body type than you do & maybe that's why it's not attractive to most women? (I get far more compliments on my physique from guys at the gym than from women. Lol).
Like you, I'm far from loaded & live a modest lifestyle (comfortable townhouse, inexpensive SUV, some discretionary income at the end of month -- far from some of the wealthier senior men that brag on this forum. Lol).
I have no idea where I fit into the looks dept at my age. I have most of my hair. I've had mixed feedback with some people saying I look "50"while others say I look my age if not slight older. Go figure. What I do know is that I'm no Brad Pitt or Tom Cruise. Lol (but who really is at our age?).
A good ladyfriend of mine at the gym (50 yr bodybuilder) thinks it's my lack of height & lack of wealth that's killing me with younger women. Maybe...I don't know but I'm not getting interest from young, hot women like you are. Lol (it's mostly old & decrepit women in their 60s & 70s that chase me - especially on the dating apps 😖).
As I said, when it comes to men 60 plus getting with young, hot women it's usually good looks & a jacked body with $$$. I mentioned Dolph Lundgren -- 6'5" jacked & worth $18m engaged to mid-20s super hottie. Check this out & see for yourself:
I don't understand why all these old guys want to get Viagra and test. shots so they can have sex with a 60 year old woman. yuck.
Now if you're pulling young tail.. maybe. But I a young hottie is the cure for ED, while an old woman is the cause.
You know this from personal experience?
My personal experience is that 60 yr old women are not sexually attractive, young women are. I don't think I'm going out on some big limb stating this fact.
59 and feel the same 1. Absolutely - this is all that matters. 2. Having as much sex as I can until i can't any longer. 3. 60-80 is when many of us will develop cancers. Being as healthy as one can will make this process much easier, regardless of the outcome. I'd much rather be otherwise healthy while dying from prostate cancer than dealing w/ diabetes, weight related joint deterioration, COPD etc.
