Sounds like he's doing just his slower 10-20k runs (he didn't specify, just said long runs), and doing everything else with elliptical and aqua jogging.

Says he's feeling better every day. Doesn't give a possible time table for ramping his training back up. Just says he is doing what he needs to do to be ready for world championships, which is the main goal, as well as having a long career.

Ha! I am absolutely certain that I can find (and have seen) many pro-athlete interviews in stately castles. And nobody batted an eye.

Yes agree, seems logical that he will miss at least a couple of meets to give himself the best chance of A) recovery and B) another training block.

If he opts to skip the Pre Classic, I guess Nuguse, Hocker and co won't be running PRs.
