I have no personal interest in, nor animus toward, Colleen or Alexi or anyone else, but there does seem to be a market for female former Olympians who have fallen on hard times (athletically, not financially), doing these performative bits at running events where they dress up and act very childlike (costumes, glitter, acting goofy, etc). I suppose it is maybe a pressure valve after being a running robot for years, and supposedly more authentic, but I dunno, after 30 it just seems a little odd.
