Legal resident. Pregnant wife in the states. No crime committed. They arrested him without charging him with anything, threatened his wife, extradited him to an out-of-state jail, claim to have revoked his green card, and will be deporting him... somewhere. I don't care what you think of Israel, this can be used against anyone. Free speech is a core value in the USA if we don't stand for it, we don't have much common ground in anything.
And speaking of Israel, I'm no expert in the Middle East but I've never seen anything like it in the US. In America, you can say terrible things about Americans, about congress, about our president, you can even say you hate America. You can trash our country down to the ground but one slightly critical thing about Israel and...deportation??? Why, exactly? This is a foreign country with nukes.
