Barring an injury, sickness, or a catastrophe in the race itself (i.e: Jakob trips and falls), he takes this record easily. I say anywhere from 3:44 high to 3:46 low is possible depending on how he feels on the day or how fast the pacemakers go.
Sisk is one of Jakob's best pacemakers (3:26.73 and 7:17.55). Sisk coupled with wavelights means Jakob won't have to worry about bad pacemaking.
As other posters have said, if Jakob splits 1500m fast enough, he could even fractionally break his 1500m indoor WR of 3:30.60.
I think Jakob is sharpening his middle distance events indoors to prepare for bigger WR attempts outdoors.
I just feel bad for Nuguse. Dude is a newly minted world record holder from this Saturday and Jakob may take the record five days later. Though, in a post-race interview, Nuguse said he didn't care. Even if Jakob breaks it, Yared still can say he held a world record to his name and ran one of the fastest times in history (still the fastest as of this post)!
