I'm hoping to read less about TMADDDHASFNE's obsession with Parker Valby though I would like to see Valby have a good year.

I'm also hoping to read less about Chef GordonRamzi's, TMADDDHASFNE's alter ego, obsession with Femke Bol though I would like to see Bol have a good year.

Praise them without being creepy about it, please.

For the record, I’ve been banned 87 times. My goal is to reach 100 and then I might decide to take a long sabbatical from posting, but I’ll do this on my terms not the mods.

I've been happy to see the increase in athlete interviews you guys have been doing lately. That's the primary reason I became a supporter (that, plus the special holiday 50% off discount). Please keep that up.

People actually listen to that stuff huh. I thought the rest of the website was just a front that nobody ever used. You know like all those kebab shops in london that don't have any customers they're just there to launder drug money.

One more thing. What % of mods are Democrats?

The website in general is great, with quality interviews and great track/running content. The message board on the other hand is far from perfect. It's quirky, inconsistent, moderated rather poorly with confusing post/thread deletions, but it's also quite entertaining and endearing. I'm not sure I would change a thing about it. It's almost like a three legged cat or a severely obese and ugly woman....you might prefer it was different but you learn to accept and even appreciate it for what it is.

I said essentially the same thing last night and my post got deleted by the moderators, Seems that some (mods) here can't stand a little criticism.

Thin skinned is not the correct terminology, rather no skin would be more accurate.

The main thing I notice that seems out of place, is the inability to use conversational swear words. I wouldn’t say “horsesh!t” if I were visiting a nunnery in the 1920s, but i would say it in regular conversation.

Swear words that are not heard in casual conversation should probably still be filtered out. (The letter “c” followed by “unt” isn’t one that i hear tossed about casually, and ditto the letter “c” followed by “ocksucker”.)

Just some of the basic swear words, like the ones for “butt” and “poopy” and “fornicate”.

Also, it seems like posts that are relatively coherent and relatively succinct should just be left up. I think I’ve had a few posts get moderated away, and I swear, they weren’t schizophrenic ramblings.

On the other hand, posts that seem like a crazy man shouting at passersby in the park — yes, those still need to go! Especially, if posts are excessively long and wildly hot-headed in tone.

I would also like to mention as seen in this thread that there is way too many personal attacks of fellow LRC’ers. Why such a high level of enmity?
