    Coogan is a women’s coach and the dullest personality ever to coach pros. I hope Wolfe is smarter than running for him in Boston. Nothing is good about training in Boston for a woman’s brand. The one dude he coached at New Balance was a compete flop.

    Why not form the nucleus of a male training group around the Blanks/ Wolfe duo? That could be the New Balance equivalent of Hocker/Teare. If Wightman's contract is up after the olympic year, they could have some money to work with. He's not getting renewed at the same rate with his age and recent injury history.

    Perhaps NB is realizing they haven’t been promoting equality by having predominantly sponsored women (good looking ones only need apply).

    Maybe they will toss some crumbs to men.

    Training in Boston is terrible for Distance running and he would have no training partners. Parker Wolfe would be an idiot to run for New Balance.

    This is somehow controversial?

    A city with harsh winters and not at altitude just isn't a great place to train....
