The thread literally begins by asking if they will win nationals. Don't take it personally.

I think this thread was created because there’s so much drama about CBA going on in that NXN thread, and people want to avoid so much saturation about CBA on that thread and they don’t want to risk the NXN thread being deleted, like the NXN girls thread once was.

I think we need a separate thread about Rocky Mountain too because there’s a lot of propaganda about it in the NXN thread too

CBA is one of the best XC programs all-time, no doubt. But the XC pundits do a great job with superlatives at the beginning of every XC season talking them up, perhaps as being better than they are. They have this massive time trial each August and afterwards, almost without fail, talk begins about being their best team ever and about being in the discussion to win Nationals. They have won NXN once and because of that it seems that's the only result that will do. It is a disservice to the boys every year that don't win and feel like they came up short, when their season and place are outstanding.

Overvalued. He tends to have a slight bias towards the NE so I would say it is right behind Tostentson and Powell at Woodbridge.

Northeast gets the extra week of rest this year now that scheduling got fixed for nationals, gonna be a big difference maker.

This is the lowest he has ever rated Bowdoin by 3 full points. Obviously there are questions as to whether or not Barrett will peak well at a national meet but 15:25 at Bowdoin is no joke and would usually be 200+.
