I don’t know if he will run 1:41, but I do see him as being a big factor in the 1500 in a couple years. If Nico Young’s development is any indicator, Sahlman is in good hands. He’s 20 years old and has run 3:33!
I remember some talk of this when he ran 1:45 and I thought it was way too early to tell, but after seeing the explosion of 800m times this year, I now think he will run 1:41 in the next 4 years. Keep in mind that now when I'm saying he's gonna run 1:41, you can't assume I'm saying he'll medal, or even that he'll come close to the AR. Also keep in mind Nico Young just ran 26:58 in the Olympic final like a week after turning 22.
I know a lot of people are gonna doubt me but I'm putting this one up there with my Hobbs Kessler will win Olympic Gold prediction in terms of conviction (like 80%). It would be like 95% if I could include Aaron but idek if he's gonna get to run at NAU so that will remain to be seen.
Why are you here? Shouldn't you be in Vegas exploring your millions of winnings since you're so clairvoyant? I feel bad for your parents.
So are you just slow, jealous or lonely that you are going to accuse a 15 year old of doping? Go for a run and get better or tell your parents to “try again” and maybe things will get better.
Look at Cade Flatt. Any other reason he went from being the next white hope to nobody?

My point exactly.
You guys know him? Kid was a freak in 7th grade, running people down on 4x4's splitting 52-53 even back then while playing 5 sports. You do you though... Keep calling out people for things you know nothing about so you feel better, seems to be the way of the world now. Regardless of if he gets faster or not, I'd take his PR's all day long whether at age 15 or 25.
